About 3 months ago we showed you How To Install Nuheat Cables With The Raindrop Gutter Guard System. Since then we’ve had several winter storms (like The Great Polar Vortex of 2013-2014 and other “Arctic Blasts”) roll through while dumping inches at a time. We are about 40 miles Northwest of Chicago and have had more than two and a half times the average snowfall… and it is only mid February (2014)!
Raindrop Gutter Guards will recover faster than any other product because it is made of Polypropylene and not metal. Being black in color also plays a significant roll in its recovery by warming naturally with the sun. This extreme winter we are having across the U.S., may require a little extra help. We have been collecting some pictures to document what we have been seeing in this extreme winter, check them all out below.
(Please excuse the Holiday Lights, we have been freezing here and don’t want to lose any limbs to frostbite.)
